PROCESS
We kicked off the project with a discovery meeting, understanding what Taxwire is, what is it doing in Las Vegas, and who are we trying to attract with this video. Taxwire is a software company that simplifies and brings jurisdictional taxes solutions, but one thing certain about it, is that the people behind it are great at what they do, and they are NOT boring at all. Taxwire takes their job extremely serious, to the point it becomes funny. Taxes should feel EPIC, paradoxically. That´s how we came up with the idea of treating Taxwire´s presence in Las Vegas finance conferences Suiteworld and Intuit, like a huge, secret, and epic operation/heist. That´s how we came up with some classic hollywood references of the heist/secret agent genre + american comedy: Austin Powers, Ocean 11, and The Hangover. Put that all in the mix and you get this :)
